Dr. Benjamin Wagner advises national and international companies, their shareholders and executive bodies on commercial and corporate law matters. His practice covers the entire corporate life cycle, in particular the incorporation of companies, the preparation and running of shareholder meetings, capital increases, corporate transformation, restructuring, joint ventures and the purchase and sale of companies.

One area of focus in Benjamin’s practice is corporate disputes and management liability cases. Benjamin develops tailored solutions for the enforcement of rights as well as for the avoidance and settlement of conflicts. Benjamin represents clients before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining LEBUHN & PUCHTA, Benjamin worked for a number of years in a renowned commercial law firm in Hamburg in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as litigation/arbitration. Benjamin regularly lectures on corporate law issues and publishes on current issues.
